A serial marketer, Grant has operated some type of marketing-based business since childhood. From running a golf ball sales company in public school to a custom clothing company in high school to recently taking a mobile app based social sharing concept all the way to the Dragons Den.

Grant has been recognized by several industry leading awards including a nomination for the Ernst &Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award, a finalist for PWC’s Vision to Reality Award and was named one of the Globe and Mails’ Most Promising Start-up founders in Canada.

Grant has also held executive level marketing roles for several fortune 10 companies and has a successful technology focused past, having worked through the dot.com boom in Silicon Valley for over 10 years. Grant has also served as a key advisor to a broad list of Fortune 100 clients around the primary topic of using mobile technology and brand strategy to accelerate business growth.

Graduating with a bachelor’s degree from Wilfrid Laurier University, with a double major in Business-Economics and Psychology. Grant has also completed the Executive Marketing Program at Queens University as well as several executive marketing programs at Stanford University.

Six years ago Grant created and co-founded the tech startup Rover Parking, the mobile marketplace for shared parking, often described as the airBNB of parking. His primary focus at Rover was brand strategy and management, bringing the product to market, strategic partnerships and driving awareness through to the consumer. The result...Rover became the leading shared parking mobile app in Canada and in 2021 Rover was acquired by SpotHero, the leader in digital parking for North America.
